An impressive work of art. This shoulder mask from carved wood was used in the tribal celebrations. Worn over the shoulders, the raffia has been replaced.
It has been placed on a movable base.

This large work of art molded during the early 1900's is signed by the artist.
The winged bearded man is in good condition for its age, and on a solid wood structure.
The sculpture was part of a larger installation in Paris.
